Slow Sync - Image Bank

Here we see that there is an afterimage which has been caused by the person moving themselves during the time when the image was captured. This allowed for the movement of the person to be captured because when we use the slow sync setting we have the exposure open for longer which allows for more light to be reflected to the mirror so if we get some form of movement that movement from place to place will be shown in the end image.

In this image we see that the person has decided to have a still of a person and take the photo when a vehicle was moving past it.

This person has decided that they are going to use the long exposure time to capture light movement. This is called light graffiti and it is used to have lights suspended in the air to have interesting images in the air.

The use of slow sync in this image shows us a blurred afterimage of where they have been. This is because the camera had a lower shutter speed it allowed for the light to be captured over a period of time and because the person was moving this meant that there was a trail of light from behind them.
Here we see the person has used slow sync to capture the movement of the car but when they have edited the photo to make it look like as the movement happened the card has changed and left a trail of colour behind it as it has changed.

Here is another example of light graffiti were they have got a sparkler and spun it around in circles. This is a very basic use for slow sync to show movement.
